Great Southern Wood Preserving, Inc. producer of Yellawood brand Pressure-Treated Pine is seeking first shift forklift operators scheduled 7am-3pm Monday thru Friday. This is a full-time position offering competitive pay and full benefit package. Summary: Drives industrial forklift truck to push, pull, lift, stack, tier, or move products, equipment, or materials by performing the following duties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned. <ul><li>Moves levers and presses pedals to drive truck and control movement of lifting apparatus. </li><li>Positions forks, lifting platform, or other lifting device under, over, or around loaded pallets, skids, boxes, products, or materials and transports load to designated area. </li><li>Unloads and stacks material by raising and lowering lifting device. </li><li>Inventories materials on work floor, and supplies workers with materials as needed </li><li>Keeps record of inventory. </li></ul>Qualifications: <ul><li>High School diploma or GED preferred </li><li>Must have previous forklift experience </li><li>Lumber experience a plus! </li></ul>About Great Southern Wood Preserving Great Southern Wood Preserving, Inc. is the industry's leading producer of pressure-treated lumber products for D-I-Y retail home centers, pro dealers, and other retail building-related segments. You'll ensure production targets are met while maintaining high standards for safety, quality assurance, and efficiency. Based primarily on the production floor, you'll coordinate team duties, monitor equipment and workflow, and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations. The role also requires agility to respond to operational issues in real time, helping maintain a productive and well-functioning workplace.    Essential Duties & Responsibilities  Provide training and create a positive work environment to help employees reach their highest potential in quality and productivity. Organize manpower, materials, equipment, and production schedules to ensure efficient operations. Oversee employee performance and offer constructive feedback, both positive and corrective. Encourage open communication and employee involvement to build team morale and support company values. Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for quality improvement, cost savings, and process enhancements. Ensure safety standards are followed and promote a safe working environment for all team members. Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the Plant Operations Team    What You’ll Need  Education: High School Diploma/GED; College Degree in related field preferred. Experience: 1 or more years of previous supervisory experience with leadership skills of 20+ employees preferred. Poultry or food industry experience is a plus.  Skills: Effective communication both orally and in writing, capable of independent decision making, must have basic computer knowledge, ability to manage multiple priorities. JOB DESCRIPTION We are seeking a Loan Post Closing Coordinator to join our Farm Credit family! This position delivers outstanding service which exceeds customer expectations through facilitating and processing post loan closing activities, completing file documentation, and ensuring procedures are followed to finalize loans with accurate and compliant legal documentation. Responsibilities: Post-Close Loan Processing Support: Support the sales/lending function by reviewing and verifying loans in a timely manner in the loan origination system for errors and correct discrepancies if necessary. Follow up with all parties involved to ensure all documents need for the loan files are received, scanned, and stored efficiently and properly. Customer Service: Ensure existing and potential customers receive prompt, courteous service, and provides general information as to policies and procedures. Ensure daily accounting activities including receipts and disbursements are handled properly, accurately, and timely. Complete system maintenance of customer or loan information as needed Administrative Support: Assist with general administrative duties to support the operations of the branch location. Support and assist with local level public relations Ensure that internal controls are maintained in accordance with accounting principles, policies, and procedures. Partner and collaborate with branch team members, marketing staff, and facilities manager.
