Intermediate skills and knowledge to work outside of normal Facilities duties completing tasks such as drywall repair and painting, carpentry, assembly and disassembly of cubicle systems, inventory management, snow removal, and computerized building automation and management systems, as well as other miscellaneous maintenance duties to ensure Production is always ready. The duties of this position require standing for long periods of time, frequently working on ladders, scaffolds, and lifts; frequent kneeling, running, sitting, crouching, crawling, twisting, grasping and walking can be expected along with frequent lifting equipment up to 40 pounds and/or moving of equipment and materials up to 100 pounds.
