ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Monitor the safety and security of assigned campers at all timesAssist Camp Directors and Counselors with the supervision of campersActively participate in and assist with all activities for the designated groupAttend and assist with supervision during all assigned camp tripsHelp maintain an organized, positive, and inclusive camp environmentEncourage campers to participate in activities and demonstrate appropriate behaviorAssist with transitions between activities, meals, trips, and other scheduled programmingServe as a positive role model for campers and demonstrate appropriate behavior and languageFollow all Randolph Community School Summer Camp policies, procedures, and safety guidelinesComplete additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Camp Director, Assistant, or Community School Program ManagerAttend required staff orientation prior to the start of camp APPLICATION PROCEDURE:Applications are being accepted on-line through Applitrack until the position is filled.
