Perform independent planning, analysis, evaluation, and reporting program activities, and to provide expert leadership and guidance to ensure currency, maintenance, completeness, and accuracy of records as well as currency of the skills required for Joint Services personnel to ensure readiness for rapid deployment of tailored, ready, joint planners, operators, sustainers, knowledge managers, intelligence specialists and public affairs professionals. Serve as the JPSE Deployment Readiness and Training Branch Chief, and the Readiness Program Coordinator for assigned and attached deployable joint active and reserve military, civilian, and contractor personnel in the Joint Enabling Capabilities Command (JECC) and the Joint Planning Support Element (JPSE).
