Support site logistics and operations including corporate shipping and receiving, global trade activities, IT partnership for new hire setup, telecommunications, videoconferencing, lab/site requirements, and lead Global Citizenship initiatives such as employee events, charitable programs, and community engagement. Partner with Site Leadership and the RESS Regional Lead to build and sustain an outstanding employee experience, including supporting action planning from employee surveys, NV Suggestion Box feedback, and site meeting insights while collaborating cross-functionally to drive engagement initiatives.
