Master's Level Clinicians may make referrals to services that each consumer is eligible for as clinically appropriate, triage consumers who may present in crisis, and work within a team approach to ensure access to services is efficient and appropriate at each level of care. Required to be certified in, and effectively implement, verbal and physical de-escalation techniques that include a wide range of bodily movements; including but not limited to, grasping, holding another person, going down on knees, running, and walking.
