JOB SUMMARY: Part-Time Maintenance staff are responsible for performing a wide variety of general labor tasks, including cleaning, maintenance, repairs, painting, construction, landscaping, and seasonal duties at The Grove, and are responsible for performing the following essential functions including, but not limited to: Performs general building maintenance and repair. Cleans the interiors of buildings thoroughly (washing & waxing floors, windows, wiping walls, cleaning bathrooms & kitchen areas, etc.).
