Lab Logistics, Warehouse Coordinator Etched.ai IncLab Logistics, Warehouse CoordinatorSan Jose, CAKey Responsibilities Receiving & Material Handling • Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments, including components, assemblies, tools, and equipment • Verify quantities and documentation against purchase orders, packing lists, and bills of lading • Coordinate with Supply Chain and Engineering teams on discrepancies or damaged goods • Label and route materials to appropriate lab benches, storage locations, or build areas. Warehouse Operations Management • Maintain clean, safe, and organized lab and warehouse spaces • Operate basic material-handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and carts • Ensure compliance with safety and handling requirements for sensitive components, including ESD, fragile, and high-value parts • Identify opportunities to improve labeling, storage systems, and material flow efficiency.
