Shipper Qualifications: • Maintains thorough knowledge of equipment/machine specific SOP's • Successful completion of Powered Industrial Truck training • Demonstrates proficient knowledge in utilizing measuring devices • Ability to stand, walk, bend, push, pull and reach throughout the shift • Manual dexterity to handle tools, materials, and small components • Maximum individual lifting restriction: 40 lbs per person • Use of mechanical aids (carts, lifts, hoists) required for heavier loads • High school diploma or equivalent preferred • Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required • Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
