Job Summary:
Support QCRI (Quality Control Receiving Inspection) in daily operations. Prioritize urgent QCRI tasks to maintain seamless operations. Calibrate GDLW equipment, complete designated in-house calibration tasks for specific measuring devices and equipment. Conduct GDLW facility audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements. 
Follows policies, procedures, and methods to evaluate and improve the quality of products, materials, components and/or operations | Follows and/ or develops, assures and maintains the quality of products and processes through standard procedures & systems (e.g., ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14000 & AS9100 standards), quality audits/ review process, etc.

Reps for 1st piece approvals.</li><li>Perform PMs on equipment each shift.</li><li>Address quality defects detected at in process inspections by troubleshooting the molding process and equipment.</li><li>Work with the in process inspector to ensure product being produced meets quality criteria.</li><li>Maintain the molding department and their assigned equipment with GMP regarding quality, cleanliness, part containment, and documentation.</li><li>Work with the Lead Tech and mold repair to keep cavity utilization in the green.</li><li>Assist the Lead Molding Technician with projects, EWOs, Eng.
