The Filling Operator Team Lead is responsible for safely and efficiently performing all operations required to fill customer containers with finished products while supporting the Production Manager in the day-to-day leadership, scheduling, training, and coordination of the Filling Department. The ability to use the following tools preferred: calculator, computer, bung wrench, pliers, ratchet, crimper, mallet, cuno, cowles, filling hoist, scales, paint shaker, drum lifter, Vorti-Siv, Ideal and 1-pak filling machines.
