What You'll Bring to the Table: 5+ years of experience as a Journeyman Tool & Die Maker is required Proven expertise in Plastic Injection Molds is required The ability to read, interpret, and analyze engineering designs and CAD models.
A Day in the Life: Set up, program, and operate 5-Axis Machining Centers Review part specification and requirements Setup work piece, create machining center sequence and tool selection Produce parts within required tolerances and specifications Inspect and validate your own work using precision measuring equipment Complete short-run jobs with frequent changeovers and tool adjustments Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized.
