Applicant must have the ability to learn/perform advanced level work instructions and operate advanced lab equipment; able to work independently and resolve complex problems; maintain ISO records for process control and comply with quality system and safety requirements; perform routine maintenance and calibrations of advanced level instrumentation; ability to evaluate a situation quickly and react accordingly; proactive communication with peers, supervisors, and customers; demonstrated ability to complete continuous improvement projects aimed to improve the laboratory. While performing the duties of this job the team member is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to handle objects tools or controls; reach with hands and arms, balance, stoop, talk, hear alarms and instrument signals, and visually inspect results.
