The Engineering Manager is primarily responsible for the daily management, supervision, coordination, and successful completion of the preconstruction phase of projects to meet the cost objectives concerning contracting, scheduling, estimating, purchasing, and bidding of all alternative contracting projects, including managing large, complex projects. The Engineering Manager will coordinate with the Engineering Director and Area Managers on team assignments, assist the Operations Team during pre-construction, and coordinate all constructability, value engineering, estimating, cost control, and procurement activities.
