General maintenance duties include, but are not limited to, gathering/emptying trash, service, cleaning, and supplying restrooms, cleaning building floor by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming, cleaning windows and mirrors, dusting furniture, walls, fixture, and office machines, sweep outdoor walkways, trim vegetation/grass, and keep grounds free of littler and weeds. Perform preventative maintenance, general maintenance, inspections, and installations/repairs to building, grounds, and building equipment, so businesses continues to run smoothly and that the physical condition does not deteriorate.
