Key Responsibilities: Provide AV support for conference rooms, including cameras, microphones, displays, and conferencing equipment Support and manage Microsoft Teams Meetings and Teams Townhalls Perform daily conference room walkthroughs to ensure AV equipment is functioning properly before the start of the workday Provide end-user technical support for PC, mobility, wireless connectivity, and AV conference room telepresence systems Troubleshoot Windows OS, MS Office, and client core image applications Perform PC builds, deployments, and system transfers Assist with hardware break/fix support for approved warranty and non-warranty equipment Provide hands-and-eyes support for other IT resolver groups when required Assist with analysis and resolution of hardware and software issues Support mobile devices and client-provided applications Perform minor cabling tasks such as patch cables and cable management Support printer troubleshooting including paper jams, toner replacement, and basic configuration issues Assist facilities teams and managed print service providers when necessary Manage incidents related to collaboration tools, conference rooms, connectivity, Windows OS, and enterprise applications Key Requirements and Technology Experience: Must have skills; ["AV Support", "Audio Visual Systems", "Conference Room Support", "Desktop Support", "ServiceNow", " Troubleshooting"] Minimum 2–3 years of AV support, conference room support, or deskside IT support experience Hands-on experience with conference room AV systems and collaboration tools Experience supporting Microsoft Teams Meetings and Teams Townhalls Experience with Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and enterprise desktop environments Experience with hardware troubleshooting, PC builds, and deployments Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow (or equivalent) Basic knowledge of network connectivity, wireless troubleshooting, and device configuration Experience supporting mobile devices and enterprise applications Ability to perform minor cabling and cable management tasks Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Our client is a leading IT Industry, and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
