Enter data (employee self-service entries, rehire status, etc.) and transactions (job changes, promotion, demotions, transfers, Mass Pay Adjustments, etc.) in Workday system or other databases accurately, completely, and in the correct format to ensure data is within Company guidelines and Federal, State or local legal or regulatory requirements. PRIMARY FUNCTION:The HR Generalist acts as the centralpoint of contact surrounding LOA, Disability and FMLA leaves, entering leave data, following up on issues and upkeep of associated employee leave files.
