Responsible for performing all analytical testing (i.e. acidity, salt, pH, consistency, viscometry, colorimetry, fat and moisture, water activity, brix, and soluble solids) on ingredients, intermediates and finished products, as required, in accordance with product specifications, at the scheduled frequency. Responsible for performing all microbiological testing (i.e. preparation of sample dilution for testing, LAB, APC, Yeast and Mold, E. coli, Listeria, and Salmonella) on ingredients, intermediates and finished products, as required, in accordance with product specifications, at the scheduled frequency.
