Current and legal Driver's License; Frequent sitting, standing, and walking, which may be required for long periods of time, and may involve climbing stairs and ladders; Demonstrated ability to follow procedures directed by work orders, peers and/or supervisor; Working knowledge of basic computer skills, Microsoft Office, Internet based systems and electronic work order system(s); Ability to perform job duties with minimal supervision; Demonstrated ability to adequately communicate (written and oral) with employees and external parties, as necessary; and . Responsibilities : Report daily surveillance activity and important occurrences to Security Supervisor; Patrol campus regularly, per defined security routines, to maintain order and establish presence; Check surveillance cameras to identify disruptions or unlawful acts; Respond to alarms by investigating and assessing the situation; Ensure all exits, doors and windows are secured after end of operations; Monitor and authorize vehicles or people on the property; Maintain inventory of all security equipment including, but not limited to, traffic cones, air compressor, battery charger, etc.
