Work with leadership on technical mentoring plans and development opportunities for junior engineers Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's of Science in Engineering or related technical field Formal coursework, training, experience and/or knowledge in the design, analysis, and/or construction of electrical parts and circuits, semiconductor physics and/or operation of devices such as hybrids, integrated circuits, transistors, diodes and capacitors Advanced knowledge of design, functionality, manufacturing, materials and processes used in EEEE parts Experience reviewing engineering drawings and/or specifications and providing guidance to design and test teams.
