Provide guidance and support to regional marketing staff and proposal teams in strategy sessions, capture plans, and win theme/strategy development for proposals and qualification statements; Provide leadership and support for industry or professional association project awards nominations, including researching and tracking applicable opportunities, and developing submittal packages; Collaborate on the planning and execution of internal meetings and external conferences pertaining to the BDI; Create, promote, and manage related internal collaboration sites; Assist with content for online presence, including website and social media; Work with technical teams to create compelling and informative content, demonstrating our position as thought leader; . Skills, Experience and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, journalism, communication, or related field with at least eight (8) years of experience in the A/E/C industry for a multi-disciplinary, multi-location firm; or equivalent combination of experience and education or training that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the responsibilities of the position.
