<p>Position: HR Help Desk Executive (Mandarin Speaker)</p><p>Location: Penang, Malaysia (On-site)</p><p>Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM</p><p>Salary: Up to RM 5,500</p><p>Age Requirement: Max 25 years old</p><p>Job Description</p><p>We are looking for a Mandarin-speaking HR Help Desk Executive to support employees by handling HR-related inquiries and providing accurate, timely assistance. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple requests in a structured environment.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p> • Handle HR inquiries via chat, email, or phone in Mandarin and English</p><p> • Provide support on HR policies, employee records, payroll, and benefits</p><p> • Resolve issues or escalate complex cases to the relevant HR teams</p><p> • Maintain accurate documentation of employee interactions</p><p> • Ensure service quality and response time meet company standards</p><p> • Support administrative HR tasks when required</p><p>Requirements</p><p> • Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken & written)</p><p> • Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Service / Help Desk / HR support</p><p> • Strong communication and problem-solving skills</p><p> • Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment</p><p> • Basic understanding of HR processes is a plus</p><p> • Willing to work on-site in Penang</p>
