We have the opportunity you may be looking for in Johnstown, PA! Please Note: This position is for 3rd Shift. Job Purpose: The Machinist is responsible for completely and independently setting up and operating various types of machines such as CNC mills and turning centers in order to produce parts to blueprint dimensions and tolerances.  Primary objectives:<ul><li style="background:#ffffff">Set up and run four axis horizontal milling machines, three axis vertical milling machine, turning center, Servo bed mill and Bandsaw.</li></ul> Secondary Tasks: <ul><li style="text-align:justify">Program CNC mills and turning center.</li><li style="text-align:justify">Work with inspectors and supervisor to evaluate machined parts and determine any adjustments needed for the program, tools or fixturing.</li></ul> Key Accountabilities:<ul><li style="background:#ffffff">Adheres to all M-B America policies, operating procedures and work instructions at all times.</li></ul> Experience/Education: Required High School DiplomaGeneral Math  Preferred<ul><li>One year experience in setup and operation of CNC machines.</li><li>One year experience in setup and operation of conventional machines.</li><li>One year experience in programming</li></ul> Specific Skills Required: Critical Thinking Able to tackle a problem using a logical, systematic approach. Summary:Assists Residents with all daily life functions (ADL' s hygiene, bathing, dressing, grooming, ambulating, etc.) in a friendly and courtesy manner, ensuring dignity and respect by using techniques learned in training to minimize Resident stress and maximize cooperation through dignity and empathy. Provides assistance and support to other RSA's to ensure task completion and teamwork.

<div>Summary:</div><ul><li>Assists Residents with all daily life functions (ADL' s hygiene, bathing, dressing, grooming, ambulating, etc.) in a friendly and courtesy manner, ensuring dignity and respect by using techniques learned in training to minimize Resident stress and maximize cooperation through dignity and empathy.</li><li>Ensures staff follow through is the same in absence of a Director.</li><li>Provides assistance and support to other RSA's to ensure task completion and teamwork.</li><li>Completes documentation clearly and accurately in Resident records and MoveN. </li></ul><div>Requirements:</div><ul><li>Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>Prior experience preferred but will train.</li><li>This position is 11-7a. Occasional part-time.</li><li>Every other weekend availability.</li></ul>

The maching operator will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and monitoring manufacturing machinery to ensure efficient production and high-quality output. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.  This role is located in Duncansivlle, PA and will be fully on-site.  Starting Pay:    $19.44/hr. for the 60-90 day training period, then $24.28/hr. Schedule:         3rd shift (11:00pm to 7:00am). Training on 1st shift from 7:00am to 3:00pm for estimated 2 to 4 weeks.Pay Schedule:  Weekly

Responsibilities:
Machine Operator Responsibilities:<ul><li>Set up and operate machinery according to production specifications</li><li>Monitor machine performance and adjust as needed</li><li>Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards</li><li>Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment</li><li>Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and report major malfunctions</li><li>Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures</li><li>Maintain accurate production and quality records</li><li>Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals</li><li>Able to work various overtime as business needs require</li><li>Crosstrain in other areas as needed</li></ul> Machine Operator Qualifications:<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred</li><li>Basic mechanical aptitude</li><li>Maintains thorough knowledge of equipment/machine specific SOP’s and Quality Plan</li><li>Strong attention to detail</li><li>Good communication skills</li><li>Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds</li></ul>
