This position is responsible for assisting customers, processing transactions, stocking products, and ensuring the overall readiness of the store. The Facility Operations Lead oversees and coordinates maintenance activities to ensure efficient and timely completion of repairs and upkeep of equipment and facilities. Responsibilities include planning, prioritizing, and supervising personnel, scheduling work orders, and ensuring safety procedures are followed. They perform routine maintenance on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems, and are comfortable working at heights and operating lifts. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, with at least five years of experience in mechanical, plumbing, electrical, or HVAC maintenance in a commercial or industrial setting. Strong technical skills, safety knowledge, and tool proficiency are essential.
