Ability to be proactive and take initiative in seeking work and managing caseload, consistently produce high quality work product, regularly check for errors and make corrections when necessary, take ownership of projects and complete assignments within the prescribed timeframe. Assist with preparation of complex legal documents, discovery, analysis of wage and hour records and creation of damages analyses, deadline management, mid-level legal research activities, trial preparation, and other tasks related to the Labor & Employment practice area.
