Other duties as assigned: Handle repairs and replacement work not directly related to mechanic work such as cleaning flat roof drains & gutter and leaders, when necessary, shade replacement, sign installation, repairing loose floor & ceramic tiles, stair treads; replace ceiling tiles, caulks windows & doors. Duties and Responsibilities: Installs, maintains and repairs equipment such as steam valves, steam traps, steam or water coils, steam or water radiators, unit heaters, water heaters, boilers, condensate and circulating pumps and piping & plumbing associated with water and heating/steam lines.
