QUALIFICATIONS Master's degree from an accredited college or university required; a concentration in Education, Educational Leadership, Public Administration, or related field preferred Valid Texas Superintendent or Principal Certification preferred 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in Texas K\u201312 education; charter school experience strongly preferred Experience working with a wide range of populations: personnel, students, parents, and other stakeholders.
