You will help formulate legal and regulatory strategies, collaborate with other legal groups, and advise on and provide novel solutions to assess and mitigate risks presented by the development of innovative health technologies.8+ years of legal experience in a company, law firm, or government agency Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills JD or equivalent and admission to at least one state barExperience drafting and negotiating complex technology licensing/development, academic center, clinical trial/research, and commercial agreements Experience in product counseling and product regulatory matters Adept at navigating and resolving complex legal issues in creative and effective ways while displaying business insight and analytical skills Ability to distill nuanced legal concepts into clear and concise practical guidance Ability to advise executive management, and facilitate teamwork by cultivating relationships, counseling, collaborating, and effectively communicating with teammates and cross-functional partners Familiarity with human subjects research, academic research, medical devices, and digital health tools.
