They will know how technician capacity, skill mix, utilization, routing, dispatch, windshield time, customer requirements, callbacks, material spend, subcontractor usage, project execution, billing cycles, and leadership effectiveness ultimately translate into customer performance and financial results. The Executive Vice President, Operations will partner directly with the President of Helios and serve as the senior operating leader responsible for translating customer demand into productive capacity, consistent execution, profitable growth, and stronger leaders throughout the organization.
