Alert Production Manager of major delivery problems or concerns.</li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate delivery dates and provide weekly updates to customers via weekly status reports, online supplier portals, and/or conference calls.</li></ul><ul><li>Fax, email, distribute, and maintain files for all quotes, including pricing matrix for each customer on an as needed basis.</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure that if a quote affects a current order, the customer is notified and a revised PO is received before order is shipped.</li></ul><ul><li>Order any miscellaneous items (i.e., labels, insert sheets, etc.) required from the customer to fulfill requirements of purchase orders. Ensure timely delivery.</li></ul><ul><li>Manage customer prints using document control system. Ensure customer prints are in house for all incoming orders that are ordered by revision and/or at the correct revision. Work with customers to obtain the appropriate documentation, blueprints, or specifications required for an order and may start engineering changes as required.</li></ul><ul><li>Update customer database, as required.</li></ul><ul><li>Update Visual Manufacturing upon product launch to ensure appropriate items are input onto the sales orders.</li></ul><ul><li>Track all customers Delivery and Quality scores on an as needed basis.</li></ul><ul><li>May manage all product returns and customer events.</li></ul><ul><li>May support production activities and administration functions.</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>High School Diploma or GED</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>0-3 years of customer service or related experience in manufacturing environment required</li></ul><img src="http://ametek-inc.contactrh.com/view/7124/43342199"/></div>
