Communicate effectively with laboratory staff, supervisors, pathologists, nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals regarding testing procedures, specimen issues, critical results, and laboratory-related concerns. Performs testing in assigned laboratory sections, including Chemistry, Hematology, Coagulation, Urinalysis, Immunology, and other applicable areas based on departmental needs and demonstrated competency.
