Position Description: The Facilities Director is responsible for overseeing TJCA campus facilities, and providing leadership and direction to the maintenance, custodial, and transportation teams while ensuring that the school’s buildings, equipment, and transportation services are safe, clean, functional, and well maintained. Physical Requirements:The position requires the ability to walk and stand throughout school facilities and grounds, safely climb stairs, ladders, inspect equipment and facilities, and occasionally lift or move supplies and equipment up to 50 lbs.
