The Associate Director of Marketing, KOL Engagement and Enablement is responsible for leading strategic initiatives that enhance Key Opinion Leader (KOL) engagement, Thought Leader Liaison (TLL) effectiveness, and the optimization of actionable insights across the organization. Thought Leader Liaison Operations: Ensure TLL targets, KOL data, activities, insights, and records across Veeva and other systems are accurate, optimized, and compliant; proactively flag issues, support reporting, and drive operational process improvements.
