They will be responsible for directing all on-site resources, ensuring delivery of site-specific contract requirements, maintaining continuity of support through personnel changes, and coordinating closely with Government representatives (CO, COTR, CLIN Manager, GPOCs or designees) to meet performance, budget, and schedule expectations.
