Additional Responsibilities: Provide care for neonates and adult patients, utilizing interdisciplinary support including respiratory services, interpretation services, social services, lift teams, rapid response teams, pharmacy, transportation, and unit secretaries. This role involves providing professional nursing care for patients in the Labor and Delivery Department, utilizing the nursing process to ensure safe, compassionate, and individualized care for obstetric patients.
