Additionally, the manager oversees the partnership with Tangoe, our third-party Telecom Expense Management provider, ensuring they deliver their contractual services as negotiated and evaluating new Tangoe service offerings to leverage trends in the telecommunications space. The TEM team accomplishes this through the oversight of all aspects of BlackRock's telecommunications expenses including quoting, provisioning, inventory, and vendor management for Data, Voice, and Mobility services globally.
