Conducting, scheduling, and/or directing ongoing and preventive maintenance programs including HVAC, plumbing, water, gas, electrical, mechanical, sprinkler/fire alarm systems, emergency lighting, communications, carpentry, painting, plastering, refinishing and similar work. Effectively managing/conducting service and maintenance requests from residents, maintaining the landscaping and overall look of the community, keeping building interior and exterior in good repair and ensuring that the building is properly cleaned.
