The main focus of an account representative is on customer service and providing assistance to the account managers on renewals and service related tasks. This position also maintains accurate client accounts and provides prompt, efficient, high-quality service to all calls received always remembering that every call is an opportunity to sell. The Account Representative is required to have a California Insurance License for Property & Casualty Broker-Agent or Personal Lines Broker-Agent and a minimum of two years experience in the insurance industry.
