Assists lead personnel with the proper operation and control of equipment and/or systems which include, but are not limited to, HVAC and associated mechanical, refrigeration, electrical, disposal, storm and sewage drainage, hot and cold potable and non-potable water, elevator, building automation and associated controls, compressed medical and control air, vacuum, water softener, reverse osmosis (RO), fire, sprinkler, and emergency power systems.
