The OES2 will regularly visit clients where they live, work with them to identify and overcome barriers to housing, refer them to other resources in the community (mainstream services, benefit services, food assistance programs, childcare resources, etc.), and connect them to established communities/neighborhood organizations once they’ve been housed. Provide expert case management for clients with varying degrees of vocational, social, cultural, and/or medical impairments hindering self-sufficiency, including referrals and linkages that assess and determine employability, job readiness, vocational education and training needs, and economic and social self-support.
