Lead Process Safety Management (PSM) and EHS risk management activities for new operations, equipment, process changes, and capital projects, including PHA, HAZOP, MOC, and implementation of appropriate mitigation strategies to support safe operational readiness. This role will serve as the subject matter expert for Environmental, Health, Safety, Sustainability, and Security programs, ensuring compliance, process safety, operational readiness, and risk management throughout site selection, design, construction, start-up, and ongoing operations.
