Manage an assigned group of PDN partners on performance, capacity, cost, and contract compliance, running weekly scorecards and quarterly business reviews; Audit partner invoices against contracted rate cards and tier structures, recover overcharges, and use AI tools (e.g., Claude) and SQL to automate audits, scorecards, and reporting across Redshift, NetSuite, and invoice ingestion; Enforce the Lob Paper Program and substrate specs, and hold partners to PostalIQ go-live benchmarks as PostalIQ expands across the network; Within 6 months, own the scorecards and weekly operating cadence for your partners, complete full partner invoice audits independently, and ship at least one AI-driven workflow that removes recurring manual work; Within 12 months, own capacity forecasting for your partners through peak season, qualify and onboard new flex partners, and have PostalIQ presort readiness in place across your partner group.
