You'll partner closely with teams across People, Legal, Accounting, Tax, Payroll, and other Finance operations, and serve as the definitive owner of the equity plan function - building the processes, controls, and documentation that scale with our investor cap table, potential transaction activity, and headcount while supporting and informing the full range of equity plan compensation activity across a growing private company. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to both consult subject matter experts on bespoke equity issues across legal, tax, accounting, and payroll and explain complex equity concepts to employees in plain language.
