Familiarity with Epicor ERP (or similar system) • Preferred previous courses in areas around Manufacturing, including Planning (MRP etc.), Sales, Purchasing, Warehousing, or Service • Experience in gathering Business Requirements, documenting Gaps, and participating in the estimation of development effort to satisfy functional Gaps • Experience in migrating MRP systems is helpful • Strong experience all aspects of Epicor as an MRP system is required • Ability to assimilate information and make logical deductions • Ability to build relationships, engage with users, and listen, identify key takeaways, and follow up on action items • Good written and verbal communication skills • Attention to detail • Proficiency in Excel • Good keyboarding skills • Ability to prioritize and make decisions • Strong work ethic • Interest in people and processes.
