Responsibilities include taking vital signs, assisting with nutrition, hygiene, elimination, and mobility needs, collecting specimens, and supporting admission, transfer, and discharge workflows. This position also supports team workflows, prioritizes routine and urgent tasks, and may help orient or mentor students and new Nursing Assistants.
