Touching Angels Healthcare, a Residential Service Agency licensed by the Maryland Department of Health, is hiring Personal Care Assistants to provide non-medical personal care, companionship, and daily living support to clients in their homes, following the plan of care written by our RN Case Manager. All service time is recorded through the state ISAS/LTSS system, and all PCAs are employees of Touching Angels Healthcare, not independent contractors.
