Patients with congenital heart differences that have undergone surgery, medical management of pre-transplant and post-transplant, s/p cath lab, ventricular assistive devices, ECMO, Impella, Dialysis, Aquadex (Renal Replacement Therapy). Skills required: Experience with fresh open heart post op patients; transplant experience, experience with the following devices: Aquadex (renal replacement therapy), Impella, ECMO.
