Identify, engage, and develop new Creatio and CRM opportunities within enterprise and mid-market accounts Build and manage relationships with C-level executives and key business stakeholders Understand customer challenges and position BIGs Creatio and consulting solutions as strategic enablers Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close Leverage our Premier Creatio Partnership to accelerate opportunities and access partner-sourced leads Maintain disciplined, accurate pipeline management, follow-up, and forecasting within HubSpot CRM Collaborate with Marketing, Alliances, and Delivery to develop targeted go-to-market strategies Create and execute outbound strategies including account-based outreach, event engagement, and multi-channel prospecting Develop long-term account strategies aligned to customer transformation initiatives Represent BIG at industry, partner, and client events Travel up to 40% as needed for client and partner engagement. 2+ years in enterprise software, SaaS, consulting, or business applications sales Proven success selling complex technology or professional services solutions Experience engaging C-level executives and senior business stakeholders Strong consultative and value-based selling skills Disciplined approach to sales-process follow-up, administration, and CRM hygiene Excellent communication and presentation skills across phone, virtual, and in-person settings Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and pipeline-generation metrics Highly organized with strong planning and territory management Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar Self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable in a highly autonomous environment.
