Manage monthly and quarterly commission disputes, manual adjustments, postal code validation mapping, pencil credits, and quarterly true-up reconciliations to help ensure 100% attainment accuracy and strict adherence to payroll deadlines. In this role, you will collaborate with the Global Sales Compensation team to help ensure field sales personnel are paid accurately and on time, maintain data integrity across systems, manage territory alignment and hierarchy changes, administer SPIFFs, and resolve commission inquiries with transparency and professionalism.
