Oversee regional construction projects from contract execution through completion• Lead and support Project Managers and Superintendents• Monitor project schedules, budgets, WIP, billing, collections, and overall project performance• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, general contractors, suppliers, engineers, and municipalities• Support business development, estimating, bidding, and client presentations• Provide technical and construction expertise throughout project development and execution• Conduct project coordination meetings, site visits, schedule reviews, and quality control reviews• Develop project recovery plans and proactively address schedule or performance issues• Ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget• Mentor and develop regional team members• Represent the organization professionally while building long-term client relationships. • 5+ years of engineering, construction project management, or construction engineering experience, or a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a similar ABET/EAC-accredited program with 3+ years of relevant experience• Strong construction project management and leadership experience• Experience managing multiple projects and construction teams• Strong business development, bidding, and client relationship skills• Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills• Valid driver's license and clean driving record• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
